- Leah Elsbernd
Panelist
Leah Elsbernd works for Colorado’s State Court Administrators Office in the Criminal Justice Programs Unit as a Statewide Problem-Solving Court Coordinator. She and her small team provide support, training, and technical assistance to our state’s 75 currently active problem-solving courts. She started her career with the Judicial branch working as a Judicial Assistant processing criminal and civil caseloads and worked as a statewide trainer for Colorado Court staff prior to her current role with the Problem-Solving Courts.
- Jess Fear
Panelist
Jess Fear is the Forensic Program Manager at SummitStone Health. She oversees jail-based programming and has a strong background in working with people experiencing homelessness. Jess is also a psychology instructor at FRCC.
- Jenny Fox, LCSW, LAC
Panelist
Jenny Fox is the Women's Treatment Services Supervisor with Larimer County Community Corrections. She has three degrees all from CSU; BA in Sociology/CJ, BSW and an MSW. She has been in the field since 2003 and currently supervises the men's and women's Residential Dual Diagnosis Treatment Programs and the Women's Intensive Residential Treatment Program. She has been with Larimer County Community Corrections since November of 2010 and has been in a management role since 2019 working as a clinician prior to that.
- Lindsey Keller
Panelist
Lindsey Keller (Senior Correctional Case Specialist) has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Social Work and works as a team lead in case management. She has worked with the women at Larimer County Community Corrections for over 15 years. “I want to be able to take what I learn and teach my team so we can really focus on the core issues with the clients we have and make a difference. We are in the middle of most clients’ journey and have the opportunity to get them into treatment to address barriers that have prevented success with the goal of a healthy transition to our community supervision program.”
