SciGirls | Opening Video

Iron Maidens Ep. 1 "All-Girl Robotics Team"

Based in the Bronx, NY, "Iron Maidens" (or "Fe Maidens") is one of the only all-girl competitive robotics teams in the country. In the first episode of this docuseries, we meet these inspiring teens who learn how to organize, delegate and oversee the construction of their ambitious robotic projects. One of their rivals, a coed team called the Cyborgs, is in the same school: The teams are respectful of each other, but competition is brewing. Here they learn what the year's FIRST® Robotics Competition assignment is. Now that they have their challenge, it's time to plan...on the road to victory! First of six episodes.
