Talking about racial justice can be emotional, yet it also can be productive and healing. Join Independent Lens for the first in a series of online workshops to help stations learn more about engaging their communities in conversations on complex issues.

On January 14, we'll host a moderated chat with Always in Season filmmaker Jacqueline Olive and social impact expert Caty Borum Chattoo, author of Story Movements: How Documentaries Empower People and Inspire Social Change. They will share insights and resources to encourage constructive civic dialogue during Black History Month and beyond.
